The bottom line is that we want to make you happy! If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason within the first 21 days of receiving your product, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange.*†
If something goes wrong down the road with your items, just contact us and we will make it right. We guarantee our Stalkasins for 2 years of normal use. If you need repairs outside this period or due to issues not caused by normal use, contact us and we can typcially repair them for a reseasonable price.
Please include your name(or the purchaser's name if it was a gift) and order number with your returned or exchanged item, along with the reason for the return. The customer is responible for paying return shipping charges when the return is for any reason other than manufacturer error/defect. Please track and insure your returns as we are not responsible for lost packages and cannot guarantee we will receive them.
