If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 15 days of receiving your product, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange.*†
Please include the purchaser's name and order number with your returned or exchanged item. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.
If you received your item as a gift, please include any and all the information you have including: order number, the name or email of the purchaser, etc and we will take care of you.

*Custom items are not eligible return, only exchange. When returning custom products please include a note specifically explaining what is the reason for the exchange and we will make it right.
†Due to variations in monitor/screens and the nature of leather varying from one hide to another, images on the website may not match the actual products shipped. Color/grain dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for a return/exchange.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning/exchanging items for reasons other than manufacturing errors.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
